I am able to create a project with my data from TraqMate and merge with the video. When I attempt to "Show Movie" the video starts up and then almost immediately crashes.
What am I doing wrong?

Go to "Edit" -> "Preferences" and uncheck the box near the bottom that uses TVViewer. Show Movie will use TVMerge instead

One more question:
Is the demo limited to 30 seconds max? I attempted to increase the number of seconds playtime, but it seems to always end in 30 seconds.

Are you by any chance running Windows on a Mac? That would explain why TVViewer does not work.

The other case we've seen where TVViewer failed turned out to be a problem with very old drivers on the graphics card. Updating the graphics drivers solved the problem.

"Old Drivers?" Who are you calling an "Old Driver?"  
Generally, this laptop is kept up to date with all patches for Windows Vista. However, I will check this out tonight.

Dale,
Had another look at your logs, and the signature of the driver-related failure does not appear. Your case is still a bit of a mystery......
TVMerge is the original viewer, TVViewer is the newer DirectX version which is much more efficient.
